Each mural is a layered expression—of history reclaimed, identities honored, and visions unleashed.
Street art here isn’t background; it’s bold presence, declaring itself in color, texture, and raw creativity.

These works exist in conversation—with the community, with the city, and with all who pass by and dare to see.

This collection captures not just the art, but the energy of the streets that give it life.

The Bushwick Collective is an outdoor street art gallery. It is a community-driven project based in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York. The Collective was founded in 2012 by Joseph Ficalora. It was born from a desire to transform grief and personal loss into public beauty.
The transformation started with a few murals. It has now evolved into a vibrant, ever-changing canvas. This canvas draws world-renowned street artists and local talent alike. The Collective spans several city blocks. It celebrates creativity, diversity, and activism. Walls turn into bold expressions of identity, resistance, and neighborhood pride. It has become both a cultural landmark and a testament to the power of art in public space..
